Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• All prices are listed in AED.
• Card payments are accepted via secure online payment links
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Dubai only.
• Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing payment.

Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (Dubai only)
• Next-day delivery within Dubai for orders placed after 11:00 AM.
• Deliveries to other Emirates take approximately 2–3 working days
• You will be notified once your order is out for delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods or promotions.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or video evidence
• Sale items, custom-made pieces, and pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Product Variations

Many of our items are handcrafted and sourced from different designers. Slight variations in color, fabric, or texture may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

Restocks

Restocks depend on brand availability. Some items may not be restocked once sold out.
